Skilled home health care provides skilled medical services prescribed by a physician or a non-physician practitioner like an NP or PA. Non-medical home care typically includes assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, cooking, cleaning and laundry. This is often delivered by an agency called a Provider Service or Personal Assistance Service. HealthQuest does not offer these types of non-medical home care, but we do work closely with those types of agencies and are happy to refer once to you.

The cost of home health care varies depending on the services you need and your insurance coverage. In most cases, Medicare covers 100% of our costs. Other insurances may vary on their level of coverage. HealthQuest accepts Traditional Medicare and some Medicare Advantage plans.
We will do our best to accommodate your request for specific clinicians. As a general guideline, we work in teams and try to maintain the same clinicians for your visits. It is important to understand that this is not always possible, but consistency and continuity of care are ideal to delivering positive outcomes.
